The medium is 2 3/8" in diameter on the outside, and the inside opening is about 1 3/4" the width of the ring is 1". The large is 2 3/8" in diameter on the outside, and the inside opening is about 1 3/4". The width of the ring is 1 1/2". You can even combine them for even more extreme training!
