As a dildo this is OK. As a gag this is OK. But as both a dildo and a penis gag in one it’s awesome. I just love gagging my girlfriend with this. It is my experience that when this gag is in use, events could easily turn to hot and erotic scenes. The penis gag could easily find more uses than a gag and find more holes to fill than my girlfriend’s mouth. *g*
