My sturdy style trainers use a double over-the-head strap style to hold it firmly in place for those of us who like to struggle (or just happen to thrash about quite a bit for reasons we won't go into here! *g*). Regular trainer's over-the-head strap tend to slip to one side when the action gets a little rough, defeating the purpose of that strap. The sturdy trainer uses a more stable and secure configuration to keep it put during even the most, um, vigorous use. *g* Try it and you'll be hooked too!
