Based on a request, this gag is really very neat! The first time I saw it, I loved it. When I saw the photo, I knew you'd love it too! The chin strap is great for keeping your mouth shut around the standard 1 3/4" ball, but I was surprised at how effective the nose strap was at really clamping my mouth down around the ball from both top and bottom. It's not quite like a trainer style gag, but just about as effective. Soft leather won't cut into the bridge of your nose or chin and is really quite comfortable!
