Well, we took that to heart and here it is! Soft, supple leather encases the mouth, chin and neck and a stuffed leather gag inside helps keep things quiet. Lacing back lets you choose how tight this mask gets and you can also choose from two sizes of gag inside. The small 2" x 2" stuffed leather gag is easier for those with smaller mouths like me and the large measures 2 1/2" long and wide for a real mouthful! (The nice thing about my stuffed leather gags is that they give a little and is shaped to the inside of your mouth.) No problem silencing even a raving bitch with this one! I'm a long time lurker & first time customer. I ordered 1474A the raving bitch gag. It arrived today in discrete packaging. The product is just as advertised. It's well made. A mouthful, very effective and looks very hot laced tight! Having fun in Sacramento....Gone to my happy place...back soon.. :-)
