What a great idea! These quick overhead bondage straps go with you in your overnight bag or store easily in a bedside drawer for all types of fun! The hardwood bar is capped on both ends in rubber to protect doors & woodwork and the leather straps with "D" rings are double-riveted for security and durability. The way these work is great: the bar goes over the top of an open door, while the "D" ring strap hangs over the side you want to tie your partner to! *g* Close the door and it creates a very effective method of binding your sub's arms above their head. All this without making any holes in your ceilings or woodwork or the hotel's - they frown on that sort of thing! (Pick up something so as not to disturb the folks in the neighboring room here, too! *g*) Bar is 5" long, straps are 7" long including "D" ring. 4 stars = These work very well for creating a quick overhead attachment point anywhere you have a door -- in the bedroom, the kitchen, the patio, etc. Haven't had any issues, but I still worry a bit about reliability for heavy-duty usage -- not least of all for the door!
