You'll love the way this set pulls your arms up behind you! The 2" buckling wrist cuffs are riveted to the adjustable strap riveted itself to the buckling collar. Once you're all buckled in, this adjustable strap can be pulled up as far as you are flexible as close as 5" from the collar! *g* Work on your flexibility training by buckling one more hole at consecutive wearings. Two inch wide buckling collar. Available in one size and plus size. One Size fits up to 17" neck and 9" wrists. Plus Size fits up to 21" neck and 11" wrists. (Add $5.00 for plus size set.) Choose from black, purple, pink, blue, red or white leather. Strictness Rating: 2.75
