This is a personal pick for a few reasons. First, it's got the "sturdy trainer" style construction which keeps it in place even with struggling with 2 over-the-head straps rather than just one. Next, the trainer style keeps our standard size 1 3/4" ball firmly in the mouth when all the straps are buckled tight. Mostly, this is my favorite because of the way the straps are riveted over the nose. The straps follow the side of the nose and don't go over the eyes, which is important if you've got long eyelashes or aren't wearing a blindfold. Also, there's no ring at the bridge of the nose so this can be buckled very tight without a ring digging into the bridge of your nose & forehead which can become uncomfortable over time. Chose from these leather colors: black, white, red, purple, pink, or blue. Lastly, the soft leather is very comfortable and you can even choose from 5 shiny ball colors! Choose from black, red, blue, white, or purple ballgag.

5 Stars = Allows you to see her face. The ring on top is sufficient to add a lead. My wife said that ball did not hurt her mouth and she was able to scream during sex without waking our child.
