I love this soft and comfy collar. Since it's padded and fleece on both the inside and out, this collar is soft all over and a pleasure to wear. The front ring is great for leashes & leads or whatever hardware you might have to attach. The wide velcro fastener back provides a surprisingly strong closure. Fits 14" to 18".
