This beautiful patent collar is another fine example of the exquisite craftsmanship and artistry going hand in hand to create the ultimate in fetish fashion. Made from the highest quality black patent leather, the collar underneath the strap has a very shiny, mirror smooth finish with a non-patent leather locking buckling strap overlayed for dramatic styling. A large loop & O-ring dangles and jangles seductively, awaiting your hardware and leash attachment choices. The buckling strap has a lockable buckle tongue (padlocks sold separately below) which allows you to add a padlock so the strap cannot be removed. Be sure to see the matching wrist and ankle cuffs, sold separately below. Collar fits 13" to 18". Choose from black patent cuff with red, white, purple, blue, black or my signature pink leather locking buckling strap. Strictness Rating: 2.0
