A wonderful, affordable way to try suspension! These are great for beginners and those whose wrists can't support their entire weight because you can get a good hold on the cuffs to hang on tight so you don't have to hang by your wrists alone. A large 3 1/2" D-ring holds your chain attachments. This photo shows my Panic Snaps holding me up. These very much suggested for suspension for their quick-release capability. 4 Stars = For a suspension cuff the price is amazing. I really like them and the leather was soft while holding up well. I don't have much suspension experience but they seem really nice so far and we have logged many sessions in them. The quality is pretty good and they make suspension not feel too bad. It actually feels pretty good thanks to these cuffs.
