This trainer was able to keep even me quiet! The ballgag inside isn't the only thing working to keep you quiet, but the thick leather covers you from chin to nose muffling any other sounds that might have escaped. There are two straps connected to the gag cover that criss cross under the chin and can be buckled quite tightly at the back of the head, plus an additional strap across the top of the head. There's even a Loop & O-Ring hardware piece at the top of the head for finishing off a tight hogtie to, or making whatever hardware connections you'd like to it! When all 3 straps are buckled firmly in place, you'll find you won't be able to budge the ballgag at all and you certainly won't be able to make a peep!
