I've built this one around our 1 1/2" diameter, 2 5/8" deep rubber penis gag and put it on a specially shaped leather panel which is contoured to fit perfectly under your nose. Then I've added a buckling chin strap so the wearer's mouth is clamped down around that rubber cock gag. Connected to sides of the gag are two straps which meet in the center at the forehead and connect to a strap that reaches arcoss the back of the head. Perfect for the sassy sub who just won't keep a gag in place.
