My breather penis gags are 2" in diameter, 2" in length and fills your submissive's mouth completely, but the breathing hole through the center helps those with trouble breathing in strict gags. My rubber penis gag is is 2 1/2" in depth and 1 1/2" in diameter for effective gagging and oral technique training. My stuffed leather gags are available in small, which is a 2" x 2" that's easier for those with smaller mouths like me and the large measures 2 1/2" long and wide for a real mouthful!
