The small measures up to 16" around the neck, 20-22" around at the forehead, and 26" from the top of the head to the chin and back. The large measures up to 20" around the neck, 23-25" around at the forehead, and 28" from the top of the head to the chin and back. (Small is typically for women, large is typically for men.)
