My butterfly style pump gag is a great gag! Like the jennings and Open Wide spreader gags that don't really need a strap to hold them in. The unique shape of this gag makes it stay put within your mouth and cheeks, filling every last bit of space and compressing your tongue. The butterfly "wing" portions are 5" in width and 2" high and fit inside the cheeks.The inner bulb is 2 1/2" wide and 2" high and fits inside the mouth, compressing the tongue. Pump it up and you'll barely be able to make a "Mmmmpphh!" sound with this one in place! Turn screw air valve release. Sold individually - photo shows two gags for illustration purposes only.
