To send your order by mail, or to return or exchange
(you must first obtain a Return
Authorization for all returns). To
mail us an order, simply use our online shopping cart to add all your items
with desired sizes, colors or other options. The shopping cart will tally
your total including any discounts currently available on the site, discount
codes and add shipping for your area and calculate tax, if applicable. Enter
your shipping information and print the form without clicking the "Finalize
Order" button. Send your completed order form with your credit card information
including the 3 digit code from the back of the card, money order or personal check (please note, there is a 7-10 day hold
on all personal checks) to our physical address:

Extremely
safe. We use SSL Encrypted servers and specially designed security enhancements
which provide the highest level of security available. This technology is trusted by all major internet retailers, brokerage houses,
and banks.

Do
you use "Cookies"?
Yes, my shopping cart
does. "Cookies" are your browser's stored information about you
and can be turned off and on if you wish. Make sure your browser is set to
"enable cookies". Don't worry, we don't use cookies to grab your
information for a mailing list or anything obnoxious like that! There are
many different shoppers with items in their cart the same time and our shopping
cart just uses your cookies to keep your shopping session separate from everyone
else's.
If you would like to
be added to our mailing list which will keep you updated with new items, sales
& clearance items and special discount codes for newsletter members only,
simply add your e-mail address in the box at the top left of every page and
press the "Go" button. You'll also be entered in a monthly drawing
for a free gift certificate to my site!

Yes.
I have all of my items in stock for immediate delivery except custom order
items. Sometimes, items are out of stock due to their
popularity on my site or the manufacturer being out of stock, so on rare occassions, we may be out of some items, sizes or colors.
Otherwise, we have everything stocked in our warehouse, just waiting for your order so you can have it quickly!
What
is your typical shipping time?
Most
orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt - many that same day! Though
I try to keep enough of all of my products in stock at all times, sometimes
certain products become very popular and run out of stock or the manufacturer may be out of stock for items we don't create ourselves. In these instances, the wait for backordered items is typically short and we will keep you updated.
How
long before I get my order?
If you've placed your order by noon central time and your order is completely
in stock, you should receive your order within 2-3 days of placing that order.
The closer you are to our midwest warehouse, the sooner your order will arrive.
If you've ordered special order items like custom createables, it will take a little longer, perhaps an extra day or two. If you've ordered by mail and paid
by personal check, your order will take an additional 10 days for the check to clear bank processing.
To reduce the amount of shipping time for mail orders, you can choose to send a money order
or your credit card information for immediate shipping. You can
select from a number of services to ship your order. Please note that USPS Parcel Post is often so near to the cost of Priority Mail shipping that we do not use Parcel Post as a regular shipping option. We have found that Parcel service tends to take much longer than Priority and have experienced shipping times of up to 3 weeks.
Expedited Shipping choices:
In the United States, you may select Priority mail service which is a 2-3
day service or Expedited Service which will have your order delivered the
next day if your order was placed before noon central time. (All orders placed
after noon central time with Expedited shipping are guaranteed to ship the
following day for delivery on the day after that.) Outside the US, you may
choose Global Priority Mail which is a 4-7 day service and can be tracked
for it's progress to you. We strongly suggest the use of this service. Global Express Mail is an excellent option for receiving your order sooner, however there is a substantial cost difference.
Do
you have an actual store location?
The Sub-Shop is available online only, our warehouse is not open to the general public. Besides, wouldn't that take away a bit of the magic? *wink*
I
live in the area. Would it be possible for me to pick up my purchase?
We do not offer parcel pick-up, but you can
select Priority service and typically receive your package in 1 day locally!
What
are the most popular items?
A quick click away are links to both "Autumn's
Personal Picks" for staff favorites and the "Best Sellers" for our most popular products on my menu at the left. Naturally, there's so much to choose from here you'll likely find some of your own favorites that aren't listed in either of those categories!
Can
you send me a catalog?
Our product offerings and our site are constantly changing and evolving to best fit your needs, so a catalog would not be able to keep up with all the great new toys and gear we're adding on all the time.
