One of the biggest
problems with lingerie gift giving, can be finding the right size
for your someone special. Here are some helpful hints to ensure
that the gift you give, is loved by the both of you.
If the item is not a surprise:
Ask her what her size is. She may enjoy shopping for it with you
(and picking out some other things to go with it!) *g* Click

If the item is a surprise
here a few ideas: Look through her lingerie drawer and / or wardrobe.
Most items have sizes sewn in the tags with them. If all of her
items are a size small, then you know what size she usually selects
for herself. If you are completely at a loss, I would stick to a
one size fits most item (unless you know it won't).
How
To Measure For The Perfect Fit:
Bust: Measure under
arms around the fullest part of the bust.
Waist: Measure
around your natural waistline keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips: Measure around
the fullest part of the body, at the top of the legs.
