Knot Too Tight! Tying Your Wrists Correctly for Self-Bondage

Every person who loves bondage must know how to tie a mean cinch knot. It’s one of the keys in order to do a lot of fun scenarios and have a lot of fun in general. Cinch nooses are basically slip knots with a lot of friction. They are the basis for plenty of self bondage and bondage scenarios such as a basic hogtie, arm to leg ties and super hogties. And that it’s only the beginning; you can do more things with it as long as you know how to tie them properly.

A cinch knot it’s called like that because it cinches up easily while still being hard to loosen and untie. It’s one of those basic knots every beginner (and not so beginner) must know, make sure you know hot tie one properly.

For this scenario you will need to combine that cinch noose with a wrist coil; you will be left with two coils on each side separated by the cinch noose. You will then need to insert your wrist on each coil. Now, don’t forget to put them on opposite sites; this way when you twist your palms together the coil will form an 8 figure around your hands. One important thing: you will need to put the cinch noose before getting your wrists into the coil, evidently.

At first, you may want to make the coil smaller than necessary but even a loose coil will tighten a lot; remember struggling only makes the cinch snugger and constrict. A ¼ of an inch or more is what is usually recommended for the line, so keep that in mind and adjust accordingly. Having said that, the cinch noose should never be too tight because you can restrict circulation and you won’t be able to cut yourself out.

As with any self bondage, you need to carefully plan your release beforehand and have a safety plan in motion before you do any. An embarrassing trip to the emergency room or a quite telling phone call to a friend may not be the way you intended to spend your evening when you started, right?
