DIMENSIONS
The butterfly "wing" portions are 5" wide and 2" high fitting inside the cheeks.
The inner bulb is 2 1/2" wide and 2" high to fit inside the mouth, compressing the tongue.

Pump it up and you'll barely be able to make a "Mmmmpphh!" sound with this one in place! A thumb turn screw air valve release deflates this one quickly when you need a break from this huge inflatable gag or in case you simply pumped it up too much.
