Extensive product testing has been done to ensure the products I sell are of high quality, fun and safe! (Work, work, work!)

Due to the personal nature of the items I carry, I cannot accept returns on most merchandise for any reason other than defect. This includes any toy, apparel or gear which may come in contact with, or is intended for use in such a way as to expose that item to bodily fluids such as saliva, blood, urine, etc. We strive to provide you with the best in adult toys and gear and you can make your selections confidently as we will not accept or re-sell items which may be susceptible to contact with bodily fluids whatsoever.

Products applicable to our exchange policy are only those not intended for personal use (not susceptible to contact with any bodily fluids) as outlined above. We will accept non-damaged, non-consumable, unused merchandise under this category for in-store credit only, within 30 days of the invoice date.

Defective merchandise will be repaired and returned or replaced with the same item upon return of the defective item. Please contact us for a return authorization, then you may return your package via insured U. S. Mail or UPS (for your protection against loss). We are not responsible for return shipments sent without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) or for shipments sent uninsured. The RMA is the correspondence between you and our customer service with the details of your return and original invoice number which will expedite the returns process. We cannot process returns without your invoice number and return details. Return and exchange shipment postage is the responsibility of the customer.
