We ship via United States Postal Service, so you can receive your private, discreet delivery at your Post Office Box or military APO address!
Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination zip code of your package. We use Real-Time USPS rates to offer you the best current rates!
Priority / Express Shipping
We offer both USPS Priority™ and USPS Express™ options - we know that you are excited to receive your new toys and gear, so we want to get them to you FAST!
USPS Priority™ service is typically an approximately 3-day delivery service within the continental United States, but we also know that sometimes you want them even FASTER - so we offer Express services too!
Please note that the 2-Day and 3-Day Priority™ shipping times are USPS estimates based on zip codes and are not guaranteed. Priority Mail can take up to 5-6 days depending on where you are located, with longer times generally in rural areas.
Express™ is estimated to arrive in 1-2 Days. If your order is placed before 8:00am central time and you are not in a rural area, it is more likely to arrive the Next Day, but Next Day Service is not guaranteed due to local postal pick-up times (when your order was placed) and whether you live in a more populous area or rural area which may take longer than 1 day.
Scheduled delivery date and time depends on origin, destination, and Post Office™ acceptance time. Some restrictions apply.

Please allow extra processing time due to customs. Customs processing can vary greatly from country to country based on many factors. You are responsible for your country's customs fees, duties and taxes.
Packages are sent via Air Parcel Post Service. There are three types of service available:
- International Priority Express: Fastest option. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
- International Priority: This service is available on all international packages and is the best combination of price and speed. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
- International First-Class: This is a low cost option available on international shipments up to $400.00 under 1.8 kg (4 lbs) in weight. The savings are big if your package fits the requirements and you don't mind waiting a bit longer. Delivery time varies by destination.
The US Postal Service’s First Class Mail International is an affordable way to send mail—including letters, bills and postcards—and small packages weighing four pounds or less to international destinations. Although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times, our experience with this service has shown up to 60 days for delivery. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

International Customs Fees / Delays
Please be aware that you may have to pay local customs and duties in order for your package to be released to you from your local customs agent. We have no way of determining these costs as they vary from country to country. You are responsible for knowing the local laws regarding the acceptability of certain types of products in your area.
Please note, we will NOT refund money due to confiscation of items or packages shipped into countries where customs policies do not allow specific products entering the country. HOWEVER, we will refund money to customers whose packages have been returned to us from customs agencies.

You can also send a personal check or a money order via snail mail at the address listed below. All personal checks will be held for up to 10 days until they are cleared by your bank. Personal checks must have your name, address and telephone number on them. Sorry, but we do not accept starter checks. All returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00.
