Tricks For DIY Self Bondage Rope Body Harness

Body harnesses are useful if you want to use a little bondage in public or in your daily life. You can tie one and then get dressed as you would normally to go on with your daily life in public. It adds a little spice because you are the only one who will know the little naughty secret that is hidden underneath your clothes. Just try not to feel so sexy or people may suspect something it’s going on…wink*.

  • An easy way to tie a rope harness is to start with a rope about 7 meters long and place it around your neck so it hangs at both sides. Tie some knots at about above breast level, breast level and bellow breast level. And leave some holes! You will need them later on.
  • Then, pull both ropes under your crotch and bellow the rope that’s in the back of your neck.
  • Continue by taking one rope in each hand. Pull the ropes underneath your armpits and through the holes you left in the first step. Just go through your armpit, tie it at breast level and bring the rope around the back again.
  • When you are going through the back, hook the rope through the main rope that it’s sitting at the center of your back. Then go around the front again.
  • Repeat the step above about two times more, going through your back and then coming back to the front to tie around the knots you’ve made.
  • When you’re done, just tie the rope together in the front at your preferred level of tightness. You should have a complete body harness going through your neck, framing your breasts and going down to your crotch with three knots down the front. You just need to wear your clothes above it all and no one will be the wiser…unless you want to let them into the secret, wink*.
