Armbinder Bondage 101 - How to Put on An Armbinder

ArmbindersΒ are restraint devices that completely encircle the arms at the elbows. They are popular in BDSM and fetish playΒ because they deliver the feeling of complete helplessness you can both enjoy! Looking fantastic and going on in a snap, you can slip a gag into your lover's mouth to level up your kink. Make them tight, you know your slave needs to be kept strictly under control!

Step 1 – Get Ready

The first thing you’ll need to do is make sure that your partner is adequately prepared for armbinder bondage. This means taking their measurements (arm size, bust size, etc.) and applying a generous amount of lube. This will help ensure that they remain in place while you put on their armbinder and gives them some added protection from any discomfort or pain during play. Now it’s time to begin putting on your armbinder! Since every person’s body is a little different, take your time when making adjustments until you achieve an optimal fit.

Step 2 – Slip into the Body Harness

Once you’ve chosen your ideal armbinder and fastened its buckles, slip your hands into it and pull it down over your shoulders. Your lover will need a few moments of struggle here, which you can enjoy by pinning them against a wall or other immovable object as they squirm.

But after what feels like an eternity (but is really just a few seconds), they should be completely encased within their new bondage body harness! It looks incredible, isn’t it? If you feel like teasing them a bit more, bind their wrists together behind their back. They will probably beg for release at first but once they realize how sexy and helpless they look, their protests will fade away.

Step 3 – Loop Armbinder Through Ring

With one hand, grab your armbinder. With your other hand, hold your partner’s wrist securely. Now you can loop your armbinder through its designated ring and secure it by doing up whatever straps are available. If there aren’t any straps available, just make sure you do up all of those little metal buttons that might be on there! Unless, of course, you like things easy for your slave and want them to get out (in which case don’t bother with them at all). You can also use a ratchet or lace tie if both of those are within arm's reach for you as well.

Step 4 – Wrap Around Upper Arm

To properly fit an armbinder, you need to have at least 6 inches of your partner’s arm wrapped around their upper arm. This can either be done by working with one arm at a time or tying them off with rope. If you tie them off, make sure they are bound tightly enough that they cannot move their arms.

If there is any movement, it will cause issues when you go to slip on your armbinder. If you decide to work with one arm at a time, keep in mind that it’s going to be difficult for both of you because of the position required. Tie up their other hand so they cannot use it to help get into the armbinder or push against it in some way.

Step 5 – Secure Wrist Cuffs

Using either Velcro or buckles, secure your wrist cuffs. Check them, and double check them. The last thing you want is for your slave to be able to free themselves from your armbinder!
