3. Replacing Defective Items: We'll replace defective items with an identical product, stock permitting. If not in stock, we'll discuss alternative solutions or provide a gift card.

   • Our team will guide you further, potentially including item return procedures.

5. Return Shipping: We'll cover return shipping costs for verified defective items, offering a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
