Easy Guide to Self-Bondage Techniques

Self bondage is one of those things that is kind of like pizza and chocolate: almost everyone loves it. It’s one of the most popular forms of bondage and it’s easy to see why; you can have fun on your own as often and whenever you like! The only thing is, it can be somewhat hard to get into if you don’t know the right techniques. So let’s review a few of the most popular ways to do it, come with me, wink*.

Hogties can be done in several ways, but this is one of the easiest ones. You can tie your ankles together and prepare a cinch noose in the excess end; keep in mind you will also have to do a wrist coil. Then, lie down on your back with your wrists as close to your ankles as you can. Put your wrists into the wrist coil and cinch up the noose. When you are done, roll over to your stomach and tug at the ropes. Remember to be careful because the harder the pull, the tighter it will be.

If you want a challenge or something more complicated, you can try this one. Now, keep in mind you will need several ropes (and maybe a gag, if you feel fancy wink*): You will have to pre tie a body-arm coil; you can pre tie a coil of 4 to 8 loops, just remember you will have to get it over your head and down your arms. After that, tie your feet together and then your ankles with a different rope leaving a cinch noose at the end. Proceed to tie just below the knees together and then tie your legs above them. You can then use a gag or use rope if you prefer. Now, the loops of your body arm coil should be bellow your breasts to hold it there. You can lie on your side to make it easier; you will need to get your wrists into the wrist coil and the cinch noose. Put your wrists and ankles together by pulling the “pull cord” and you are done.

Another popular request is for my handsome men. Usually crotch ropes for women are more known, but men also want to get in that action! First, bend the rope in half and do a loop around the waist, if you want you can make a small knot at the small of the back. Afterwards, pass the rope between the butt and the legs (under the waist loop) and make a knot in front. You can then proceed to pass the ends of the rope between your butt and legs and under the waist loop again. Remember to keep the separated ends by your side. Now, each end of the rope has to go to the front, just underneath the vertical ropes; the pull should make the front ropes apart so it looks like a diamond. When that is done, put the rope ends back, below two runs of the vertical ropes in the back; the cheeks should be more separate. Proceed to pass the ends to the front, bellow the “diamond rope” and tie a knot on both sides of the diamond. Then, pass the rope again to the back bellow your waist and between your buttocks and legs. Lastly, pass the rope to the front bellow the diamond loops and tie the knots at the tops (just like before) and that is it!
