2. Warm-Up (15 Minutes):
    • Start with simple, guided movements and positions to help the submissive adjust to the armbinder and sensory deprivation.
    • Use verbal commands to direct them into different positions, such as kneeling or standing with their hands behind their back.
    3. Sensory Play (20 Minutes):
