Please tell us a little bit about yourself – How would you describe your everyday vanilla life?
I am a trans person; male biologically, female in every other way. I go out in public as a female for most things, work and doctor appointments excluded. I am a big fan of boots and high heels, and have a collection of 20+ pairs of boots. Other than that, I am a huge video game and comic nerd. I love my PS4, and Wonder Woman is a huge influence on me. I also am a big TV watcher, with The Flash, Quantico, and Scorpion my current must watch shows.
When did you first realize you were into bondage?
At a very young age. There was always something about seeing Polly Purebread from the Underdog cartoon getting tied up and rescued that appealed to me. April O'Neil from TMNT was a big influence on me as well.
How you best describe yourself and why? Your choices are: Dominant, Submissive, Switch or Fuzzy Rainbow Unicorn.
Definitely submissive. Although I enjoy seeing images and videos of women tied up, I very much enjoy being the damsel in distress, left alone to struggle, and not really wanting the hero to come rescue me, LOL.
Do you feel that your desire for bondage is more physical or emotional? (please elaborate)
A combination of both. I do like to be tied very tightly and struggle, but at the same time, sometimes I use bondage to relax, and will bind, gag, blindfold and ear plug myself, and just cut myself off from the world for a while.
What does BDSM mean to you: is it a lifestyle, a diversion, or something else?
Hmm, right now, I would say it's a diversion, a good way to escape from real life for a while. But if I ever find the right person, I would love to make it a lifestyle.
Were lovers accepting of your interest in bondage?
I'm also asexual, so I've never had "lovers" per se, but all of the friends I've let know of my interwar have been accepting, even if they didn't want to participate.
Please briefly describe your first bondage experience.
It was so long ago, but most likely involved tying myself up with clothesline and belts and gagging myself with a pillowcase.
What was your best bondage experience?
A couple of months ago, I finally got to meet and have a session with Carissa Montgomery, who is a bondage model and professional dominatrix. We role played that she captured me playing my favorite comic character, Paula Peril, who is a snoopy reporter, and she was trying to get information out of me. She tied me to a chair, and hogtied me, and it was the most amazing experience.

What is the best advice you would give to someone just starting out with BDSM?
Don't be afraid to take chances for fear of rejection! Life is too short for that. I waited 30+ years of my life to tell anyone of my desire to be a woman, and now that everyone knows, I regret that I didn't do it sooner. If you have a friend you've always wanted to tell about your interest, go for it, if they can't accept you for who you are-even if they don't wish to participate with you-then they weren't your friend to begin with.

What is the one sensual fantasy you haven’t lived out yet that you are excited to try?
I don't know if you'd call it sensual per se, but my biggest fantasy is to be "kidnapped" and held hostage for a weekend, and to experience as many positions and situations as I can during that time.

The best thing I can say is to not be ashamed of your interest, no matter what it is, and don't be afraid to confess to friends your interests. I've tried to quit bondage a few times, and would never have believed I'd go out in public as a woman. But now I go out as a woman all the time, and have a couple of friends I can at least discuss bondage with, and both are amazing.
