Helpless & Tied Up Alone - How to Practice Safe Arm & Leg Bondage

 

Tying your arms and legs it’s one of the most common ideas when someone wants to try self bondage. And it’s easy to see why; most of us are rendered useless when we can’t use our arms and legs, obviously. And if you want to add something fun like a butt plug, dildo or even a vibrator if you’re brave, the stakes get much, much higher.

So in order to do a simple arm and leg tie you will need to:

  • Prepare a special ring device and cinch noose. Keep them nearby when you are ready to start so you won’t waste time.
  • Prepare two coils or rope, long enough to fit around your legs, and put them right above each of your knees.
  • Fasten your feet arches. You can do this on top of ballet heels to make it more exciting and appealing. When you tie your feet firmly, attach the special ring device and cinch noose. 
  • At this stage, ideally, you will add a gag. You can take your favorite gag, but depending on your preferred release method, keep in mind you will be wearing for quite some time so choose accordingly. 
  • When you’re done, put your arms through the knee coils. They should be snug, but not too tight.
  • Cinch up the noose. You will need to move and work on the cinch noose, wrist coil and pull cord at the same time. Then, tighten up the ring device.

Now all you have left is to be careful when you tip over. If you are doing this to someone or you are having it done to you, you can always a blindfold to make things extra interesting. But I don’t recommend doing a blindfold if you’re on your own because it may be too dangerous. And speaking of safety, remember to always be mindful and take the necessary safety precautions.
