Please tell us a little bit about yourself – How would you describe your everyday vanilla life?

I'm a 30-year-old guy with a passion for all things bondage related. My everyday life is a little busy at the moment, since I'm in the middle of trying to move. But otherwise, it's fun and enjoyable.

When did you first realize you were into bondage?

In my middle teenage years, I think that's when I realized how much I liked seeing pictures of girls tied up.

How you best describe yourself and why? Your choices are: Dominant, Submissive, Switch or Fuzzy Rainbow Unicorn.

Dominant, it's just how I like it. I've been told I'm quite good at being a dom as well.

Do you feel that your desire for bondage is more physical or emotional? (please elaborate)

I'd say it's a bit of both. Of course with ropes and leather it can be physical. But I've had the good fortune of having a long distance sub, and using just words alone I've wrapped her up as tightly as I could with rope in person.

Were lovers accepting of your interest in bondage?

Some of them were, one wasn't interested. It's no surprise that one relationship didn't work out.

Please briefly describe your first bondage experience.

It actually involved a pair of leather cuffs that I got here on subshop.com many years ago. Just simple hands behind the back, but it was a wonderful experience.

What was your best bondage experience?

My best experience would be with my current sub. She's just amazing and we work perfectly together.

What is the most creative safeword you have ever used?

Red. I know it's not the most creative answer out there, but it works.

What do you feel is most important about the experience of bondage?

The mindset, hands down. Once you both get into the correct mindset, it can be an amazing experience.

What is the best advice you would give to someone just starting out with BDSM?

Take it slow at first and always talk. Communication and trust are the key things.

What is your favorite gear, toy or lingerie item from sub-shop.com and why?

This is such a tough question! I've bought so many things from sub-shop over the years and I love it all! If I really had to pick it's probably my Red and Black leather flogger.

What is the one sensual fantasy you haven’t lived out yet that you are excited to try?

I would love to use shibari to suspend my current sub. But I need more practice and time before I get to realize that fantasy. One day though, I'll make it happen.

What is Eskimo ice?

I'm not sure what Eskimo ice is. Sounds like a brand of ice I'd buy in a store.
