Meet Sub M.

Please tell us a little bit about yourself – How would you describe your everyday vanilla life?

Boring as heck, I work every day of the week (haven't technically had a day off in 6 years), but only for about 5 hours a day, sometimes closer to 8 on the weekends.

When did you first realize you were into bondage?

When I was 14-15 I suppose, I had been using my bathrobe tie to tie myself up sometimes, and even at one point made a somewhat functioning pair of handcuffs out of LEGO.

How you best describe yourself and why?  Your choices are: Dominant, Submissive, Switch or Fuzzy Rainbow Unicorn.

Definitely Submissive, I haven't really had much opportunity to explore or expand my horizons though. My Better Half is also submissive though, and we haven't quite worked out all the kinks yet. No pun intended.

Do you feel that your desire for bondage is more physical or emotional?

Little of column A, little of column B. Still haven't quite figured all that out yet.

Were lovers accepting of your interest in bondage?

Only told one so far (and have only had 2), and we're still together after three years, so... *crosses fingers*

Please briefly describe your first bondage experience.

I'm fuzzy on the details, but I had 'borrowed' some chain from the garage, along with other things, and was pretending to tie myself up when I went to bed one night, but the chain slid off the top bunk where I was 'sleeping', made an awful noise, and my dad came up and was furious. I tried to excuse it as trying to be Houdini or something like that, but needless to say, I never tried anything again until I started living on my own years later.

What was your best bondage experience?

I can't say I've really had a 'best' experience. Really the fact that I've had any at all is sort of fulfilling in it's own way still.

What is the most creative safeword you have ever used?

Haven't ever needed to use one, though if I did I'd probably use Red/Green/Yellow.

What do you feel is most important about the experience of bondage?

Obviously being able to trust your partner is key (if you have one). For someone who enjoys bondage as much as I do, it has to feel 'real'. No Velcro cuffs or lever-released handcuffs for this sub!

What is the best advice you would give to someone just starting out with BDSM?

Probably easier said than done, but find someone you can trust to, and just in case be there if something goes wrong.

What is your favorite gear, toy or lingerie item and why?

Hmm... Probably the Ballet Boots, bought my first (and only) pair thus far probably close to 8 years ago from the old (er?) Sub-Shop.

What is the one sensual fantasy you haven’t lived out yet that you are excited to try?

I've been having a recurring fantasy of being a bondaged, ballet booted, latex maid for a random devious (and trustworthy) couple over a weekend. Even went so far as to write up a 'contract' for myself in case I ever got to do it, but I can't imagine I'll get to enjoy that one for a while.

What’s your favorite knock-knock joke?

Knock, knock.

Who's there?

Banana who?

Knock, knock.

Who's there?

Banana who?

Knock, knock.

Who's there?

Banana who?

Knock, knock.

Who's there?

Orange who?

Orange you glad I didn't say banana?

What is Eskimo ice?

Beats me!

Is there anything else you would like to share with us such as advice, thoughts or more knock-knock jokes?  We are all ears and ball gags.

Just wanted to say that if the Sub Shop didn't exist, I probably would have never been able to indulge myself with the few bondage goodies I've been able to get. I don't have an abundance of spending money, so if it weren’t for you guys and your awesome deals, I'd be a very sad (and naked!) sub.

Sorry, but Autumn's all tied up at the moment and you can't take her with you.
We need her here!
