Crossdressing Etiquette: Transgender Breaking Through Label Boundaries

Every crossdresser is probably faced by that question at some point in their lives. That crisis identity is normal, because hey, we are all human beings in pursuit of their sexuality. So, the reality is your journey will probably change and evolve with time. That is why you shouldn’t put pressure on yourself and should not be in a hurry to put labels on yourself.

Think about it, chances are you have more women’s clothing, wigs and make up than 3 years ago, right? Just like toys or bondage, you will have more things to play with since you started to get interested in the subject. So it’s to be expected your interests, needs and wants evolve and change with time.

Maybe you first started to cross dress because you liked the sensation of those garments on your skin. But now, maybe you enjoy more how your body looks when it’s transformed. Or love to fool people in public when you are in public dressed as the opposite sex and people believe it. Or love how your skin feels when you don’t have any hair left or love getting your nails done, and wonder: after all, is it supposed to feel like that if you are just a cross dresser?

Something that can bring more questions is how now you enjoy spending more time dressed up than before or enjoy and are starting to have more sex dressed as a woman than before. And it gets even more complicated when a man starts to experiment sexually with other men when they are dressed as women but not when they are in their normal man form…Labels at this point are quite complicated, right?

So this is a call to never pressure yourself. Things can evolve and change with time, it’s only natural. Labels don’t do any good; just continue to do what you love and what makes you feel good and that is it. If you want to identify with something, then go ahead and do so, but if you don’t want to identify with something in particular, that is also good. As long as you love what you are doing and makes you feel good about yourself, by all means, green light on you!
