Plus, each side of the gag has little ball tips to make it easy on the insides of the cheeks. Use the adjustable strap to pull it all together, literally. It works with a slide adjuster so the cheeks can be pulled apart just enough or a LOT depending on how strict you like it.
So...Are You The One? With your mouth spread wide open, you might consider spreader bars to open you up in more ways. Straps to get you into your favorite positions are a big help too!
The gag is adjustable around the head and fits from 14.5" to 21".
